A Deep Clean is our most thorough service. It’s perfect for your first visit with us, seasonal refreshes, or when your home needs extra attention.

We go beyond the basics, including:

• Baseboards, door frames, and trim wiped

• High dusting of corners, vents, and light fixtures

• Cabinet fronts and handles cleaned

• Extra detail in kitchens and bathrooms, including grout and fixtures

• Empty and cleaning the refrigerator and oven.

• Degreasing cabinets

• Cleaning behind or around large appliances if the client moves them before the service (for safety and liability reasons, we never move appliances ourselves)

A Maintenance Clean is designed to keep things looking fresh after a deep clean is done. It focuses on:

• All standard surfaces wiped and disinfected

• Floors vacuumed and mopped

• Bathrooms cleaned and sanitized

• Kitchen counters, sink, and exterior appliances cleaned

• General dusting and tidying

A Monthly Clean is a maintenance visit done once a month. Because more time passes between visits, we spend extra time on buildup-prone areas like showers, floors, and kitchen surfaces.

It’s not as top-to-bottom as a Deep Clean — we won’t detail baseboards or high dust throughout the home unless requested, and we won’t clean behind appliances unless the client moves them ahead of time.

• Cabinet fronts thoroughly cleaned and degreased

• Light fixtures, vents, and fans dusted

• Doors, frames, and switch plates wiped

• Extra detail in bathrooms (grout, fixtures, behind toilets)

• Extra detail in kitchens (backsplash, appliance sides, and handles)

• Cleaning behind/around large appliances only if the client has moved them before we arrive

No. Many of our clients provide a key, lockbox code, or smart lock access so we can clean while they’re out. We’re fully insured, and all team members are background-checked for your peace of mind.

Yes — we bring everything needed, including:

• Professional-grade cleaning products

• Vacuums, mops, and microfiber cloths

• Color-coded rags and tools to prevent cross-contamination between kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas

  We can use a client’s preferred products if requested in advance.

Absolutely. If you have specific areas you’d like us to focus on — or skip — just let us know before your appointment. We can adjust the checklist and even add extras like inside-fridge cleaning or cabinet organization.

You don’t have to do much — just tidy up personal items so we can focus on the cleaning itself.

For Deep Cleans, we recommend:

• Clearing counters for full wipe-downs

• Moving any large appliances if you’d like us to clean behind them

• Putting away loose clutter so we can access all surfaces
